Updates from the Department of Toxic Substances Control; Update regulators and regulated community about administrative and technical changes at the UST Cleanup Fund.
DTSC will provide updates on Site Mitigation and Restoration Program tools and resources, including new funding for investigation and cleanup, HERO updates on toxicology and risk assessment, approaches to vapor intrusion and indoor air analyses, and brownfields; Attendees will be provided with updates related to the following: letters of commitment, claimant priority list, cost reimbursements, statewide accounting a procurement system, Review Summary Reports, the EAR Account, the Replacing of the RUST Unit, and near-term funding projections for all programs within the UST Cleanup Fund.
