   Objective
Present the case study on the State Water Boards UST civil case against the defendants collectively known as Amiri-Kang.
   Description
The State Water Board filed a civil complaint against 19 individual defendants and 17 entity defendants in May of 2014 beginning a complex and lengthy UST civil case for violation of leak prevention laws. Complexities included bankruptcies, default judgments, monetary sanctions, evidentiary sanctions, defendants being added/dismissed, and changes in defense counsel. A settlement was reached in March of 2019
