   Objective
This course will provide a general overview of the recycling exemptions and exclusions for hazardous wastes.
   Description
Students will gain a basic knowledge of the California regulatory and statutory provisions related to hazardous waste recycling, and learn the process of how to apply the statutory and regulatory exemptions/exclusions to hazardous wastes when they are recycled. The corresponding federal regulations will also be discussed. The course will also provide step-by-step guidance on hazardous waste recycling exemptions and exclusions.
