   Objective
After attending this class, attendees will have a basic overview of HMBP (Hazardous Materials Business Plan) history, regulatory requirements, submittal elements, implementation and enforcement for both industry and regulators.
   Description
The HMBP program requires businesses in California to disclose hazardous materials stored above specific threshold amounts. This presentation will provide an overview of the history, regulatory requirements, submittal elements, implementation, and enforcement of the program for regulators and industry reps. The minimum standards for each element of the submission will be discussed, including an explanation of the use and importance of the plan
