Additionally, attendees will be presented with lists of key criteria used by Los Angeles RWQCB UST program in reviewing data transferred from local CUPA agencies. And finally, attendees will be provided with a variety of remedial approaches for dry cleaner remediation.
   Description
The remediation industry starts to emphasize sustainability in site cleanup, which requires consideration of resource conservation and reducing use of resources (e.g., lower emission) and conservation of energy. It would be very beneficial if a CUPA case manager or inspector understands the requirements for necessary data. PCE, from dry cleaning operations can place an extreme financial burden on a company. Should in place remediation be used that allows a business to continue operations or should aggressive measures be used that require the operator and possibly adjacent tenants to temporarily vacate the premises?
