CUPAs will be advised of how to best prepare for a successful CUPA Performance Evaluation.
   Description
Preparing for a CUPA Performance Evaluation is often times stressful and can bring on anxiety. CalEPA CUPA Performance Evaluation team leads will provide a variety of ways CUPAs can prepare for a successful evaluation and how program information should be developed and presented to state agencies to demonstrate implementation in support of a positive implementation rating. An overview of the expectations and standards of each Unified Program element will be presented, specifically, best practices for the following: * Preparing for the evaluation, meetings and the onsite review * Polishing Policies, Plans and Procedures * Providing information as requested * Presenting the CUPA Self-Audit, and debuting local program implementation: going above the minimum
