Demonstrating compliance requires a comprehensive management system. An effective compliance management system requires a thorough understanding of applicable regulations and a close working relationship with operations and regulatory agency partners. This course identifies challenges and complexities associated with being in a multi-jurisdictional regulated company, unique regulatory exemptions; and offers solutions to address challenges based in a management systems approach. By working together, improving coordination, and communication, everyone wins at regulatory compliance.
